Impactos do uso de telas no desenvolvimento cognitivo infantil: uma revisão da literatura.

Resumo

As mídias digitais estão inseridas no cotidiano das pessoas, inclusive com as crianças, influenciando nas capacidades cognitivas, seja na linguagem, na atenção, no desenvolvimento motor e problemas emocionais. O objetivo desta pesquisa foi entender os impactos negativos do uso de telas no funcionamento e no desenvolvimento cognitivo em crianças. Foi feito uma busca nas bases de dados da PubMED, SciELO, Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde e Elsevier, e no total foram encontrados 223 artigos, dos quais apenas 7 entraram nesta revisão. Os resultados apontaram que crianças com o tempo de tela >2h podem apresentar déficits nas funções executivas, na atenção, como também podem apresentar dificuldades na aquisição da linguagem. Esta pesquisa visa contribuir de maneira a elencar os efeitos negativos e conscientizar os pais destes efeitos.
