Formative space for the layout of scientific manuscripts: experience of the Revista Baiana de Enfermagem

Abstract

Scientific journals are a field in which professionals from different areas can enter and contribute. The objective was to report the experience of Revista Baiana de Enfermagem in developing a training course for students to design scientific manuscripts. It is a historical study of the experience report type in order to register the success in the creation of the training course for diagramming, contribute to the dissemination and replication in other journals. The course proved to be effective in enabling students to formulate strategies for organizing the graphic elements of articles published in RBE, expanding knowledge and managerial capacity of the editorial flow and providing opportunities for professional training to work in scientific journals.
