Internationalization of the Journal of Epidemiology and Infection Control: analysis of the period 2012-2021

The internationalization index of the Journal of Epidemiology and Infection Control, indexed in Redalyc, was analyzed from 2012 to 2021 and from that, a retrospective descriptive study was carried out through this database. The indices are presented by graphs that make up the ranking of five groups, followed by five subgroups. In this way, the highest level of internationalization is determined by the G1, and thus, the lowest the G5. The journal has the G41 index. Subgroup 1 has as a reference for this database, that the RECI index is close to raising its level to G3.
