Editora Capacita: Um relato de experiência

Abstract

This experience report presents the training project carried out by Editora IFTM, entitled "Editora Capacita". With the aim of helping internal and external community, in academic-scientific writing, training actions were proposed in the form of short courses and lectures, to be held online. The actions were planned and carried out with the support of the Editorial Board of the Editora IFTM, which was also responsible for part of the actions. Five of the six actions planned in the project have already been carried out and the results show that the proposal was effective in publicizing the actions and encouraging writing and participation in the submission of manuscripts to journals and ongoing calls for proposals.
