The use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the production of scientific texts has raised ethical concerns, particularly with the advent of advanced tools such as ChatGPT and ChatGPT-4.0. This technology, when employed as an assistant for writing and reviewing academic texts, raises concerns about the originality and integrity of the information produced. Moreover, the use of "humanizing" tools, which have the potential to disguise the origin of AI-generated texts, may be characterized as a form of academic fraud. This article examines these issues, proposing a reflection on the ethical boundaries and responsibilities involved in the use of AI in scientific contexts.
