Políticas editoriais da Revista Eletrônica da Matemática: uma revisão a partir dos princípios COPE

This article aims to record REMAT's actions to increase the transparency of editorial practices, highlighting the ethical aspects of scientific publishing. Methodologically, a consultation of the principles contained in the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) was used. The justification for this direction meets the commitment to characterize good editorial practices, established by REMAT since its beginning, in 2015, at the Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Rio Grande do Sul. The results, based on COPE guidelines, made it possible to update editorial policies and, based on this, prepare the Authors' Declaration of Acknowledgment on REMAT's Editorial Policies to be submitted by authors as a record of acceptance of the journal's editorial practices.
