One Management of manuscript standardization: experience of the Formative Space of the Revista Baiana de Enfermagem

Normalization consists of the initial stage, also called pre-analysis, which ensures the standardization of the manuscript, regulating, unifying formats and procedures, which favors and facilitates the other processes of the editorial flow. The objective of this work was related to the experience of undergraduate and graduate students in the standardization team of Revista Baiana de Enfermagem. This is an experience report carried out by students and editors of Revista Baiana de Enfermagem who are part of the Formative Space of this journal. Started in 2020, around 500 checklists, flow organization and activity planning were carried out. The experience provided greater engagement and stimulus to the growth and professional training of students involved in the process, favoring the training of future editors.
