This paper reports the implementation of the Support Program for Scientific Journals of the Federal University of Paraná. It presents the organization of the team, the services and products to be offered, the
services already achieved in the first half of 2018 and the actions planned for the second half of the same
year. It concludes that, even in the implementation phase, the Support Program for Scientific Journals of
the Federal University of Paraná already provides improvements in the provision of services and promotes an increase in the visibility of journals, taking into account the demand of the editorial teams of the
Journals and the University.
